Terms   Prices are listed by the bottle but a discount of 10% is offered on unbroken case lots. Nearly all the Champagnes are shipped in six-bottle cases, and about thirty other wines also come in six-bottle cases, which qualify for the full case discount. These are noted by a "6" alongside the price. An invoice will accompany your order. Statements of account summarizing your purchases the previous month are mailed about the 5th of the month and payment would be appreciated before the end of the month.

Delivery   Delivery is made from Monday to Friday, without charge, throughout the island; and normally delivery can be made the day following receipt of your order. If there is great urgency, we can sometimes arrange for delivery the same day. But please try not to leave your order till the last minute. Two days notice is preferred.

Parties and Receptions   Glasses, ice chests, tables, white table cloths etc may be loaned for your party. There is a modest collection charge and laundry charge for table cloths. Please give us ample notice of your party requirements, so we can reserve the glasses you need to borrow. And when placing your order, kindly advise the earliest date on which you would like the glasses collected together with the wines or spirits you do not wish to keep after the party. Returns are credited in full. You need not wash the glasses after your party or reception. But please place them upside-down in the racks which are specially designed for placing in the glass-washing machines.

Wine Advice   Our wine consultant Robin Blackburne may be found in his office during normal business hours. Please feel free to telephone him at 441 292 2670. His wine selection advice is free, although we charge normal professional fees for consulting advice on the installation of cellars, valuations for probate, insurance valuations etc.
